![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What’s worse, paper keeps piling up, oftentimes accumulating more quickly than it can be sorted and organized. Paper takes up a lot of space – as do filing cabinets and space to store those filing cabinets. Employees are able to use this extra time on revenue-generating projects. This means employees can find files at the click of a button, much more quickly than the laborious, manual process of searching for a specific file in a buried folder. Using a digital document management system, you’ll get to harness the same powerful search abilities that you’re used to using on Google. Digitized documents are stored in a central repository, which is basically a well-organized digital filing cabinet where all of your documents live. Time spent filing, organizing, and searching for paper documents is time that could be spent on more productive tasks. Yet from handouts at meetings and HR onboarding documents to receipts, many business processes still revolve around paper. There are many benefits to going paperless, from saving resources to boosting security. Despite the prevalence of electronic documents and email, most organizations still rely on paper documents. The idea of an entirely paperless office has existed since personal computers became the basis of the modern workplace. The process of converting paper files into electronic files is known as digitization. A paperless office, also called a paper-free office, is a work environment which uses minimal physical paper and instead uses primarily digital documents. A paperless employee is a worker who has eliminated or greatly reduced the use of paper in the workplace. ![]()

There are many things about the Asus ZenScreen OLED MQ13AH that makes it a worthy top recommendation if you’re seeking a portable monitor for productivity and casual use. You can have multiple windows, tabs, and apps open without having to switch between them, allowing you to work faster and be more organized. Whether you’re doing productivity work or graphic design, working on one of the best laptops may feel very limiting so having that extra screen can make life much easier. Factors like the quality of the stand, touchscreen capability, among others are also taken into account. That includes considering the dimensions and weight as well as resolution – after all, some people are ok with 1080p while others want a crisper 4K – and connectivity. ![]() With that in mind, we’ve used our expertise and personal experience to narrow the various options out there to what we think are the best ways to expand your laptop’s available screen space right now. Scholars have long known that Diyab gave Galland the story of Aladdin, but they don’t know exactly where Diyab heard the story in the first place. These stories ended up in volumes nine through 12 of Galland’s translation of the One Thousand and One Nights, completed in 1717. Over a series of one-on-one meetings, Diyab told Galland the story of Aladdin, in addition to other now-famous tales such as Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. When Galland asked the young Syrian if he knew any “Arabian Nights” stories, Diyab said he did. Lucas’ apartment, full of his collections, had become a tourist destination in its own right, and it was there that Galland first met Diyab, who accompanied Lucas as a travel companion and interpreter, on Mar. There is a large over-sized flashlight attached to the truck! Or maybe it’s some sort of acoustic weapon – we won’t know until the movie comes out! There’s a little disconcerting feature, where the bonnet and roof use the same black element, which does look a little odd – I’m not used to seeing duplicated elements like this in a build, but as the pickup truck is predominantly black, the choice of elements were probably limited. Alright, I know I spoke about Salt and Sanctuary a lot so far despite it not being the game in the title of the post, but all this information was necessary to explain why its sequel falls flat compared to it enter Salt and Sacrifice. Although it’s quite convoluted as you might expect, I won’t spoil it in case anyone is planning to play the game.Īll and all, Salt and Sanctuary is the perfect souls-like, the developers simply mastered all the defining elements of the genre and absolutely nailed implementing them to their game. Oh, and the story? I have never seen any game capture the same emotion and dread of souls games so well before. The areas are also quite diverse and fun to traverse, they all have different vibes to them with large variety of enemies that add to the environment. The world design is once again reminiscent of souls games, explicitly Dark Souls 1 with its semi-open world where the areas are connected to each other one way or another for a satisfying exploration experience. It is a simple yet rewarding and satisfying formula. You memorise the patterns and the boss’ weaknesses, then plan your moves accordingly to carve your path to victory. The boss being the stronger and more interesting foe is something you must accept and strategise against, which is exactly what Salt and Sanctuary does. This simplicity is great because that is what the genre mostly relies on in its gameplay you are not the main focus in combat, the boss is. The combat is fairly simple for the most part you dodge the attack and punish. I have played many souls-likes over the years, and I can safely say that absolutely none of them can even get near Salt and Sanctuary when it comes to understanding FromSoftware’s design philosophy. Hence, I widened my scope in my search of souls games and started looking into the souls-like genre, which is how I ended up finding one of the best indie games I’ve ever experienced Salt and Sanctuary.
